Haldwani. Rahul Joshi, a resident of Danya and Hal Sherwani area Mallital of Almora, has secured 17th position in the country after passing the UPSC exam.

According to retired Professor CC Pant of Kumaun University Geology, Rahul proved by achieving success in the midst of economic difficulties that success can be achieved through continuous study and hard work, economic difficulties cannot become an obstacle in success. Rahul sometimes did not have money even for small things.
