Haldwani. Roadways bus service from Haldwani Roadways Bus Stand to Reetha Sahib is going to start again. Operation of two contracted buses of Haldwani depot will be started from Sunday. At present, both the vehicles have been brought to Haldwani and parked and a time proposal has been made for them and sent to Dehradun.
Government bus service from Haldwani to Reetha Sahib is being restored. ARM Surendra Singh Bisht of Haldwani depot said that about two years ago, due to lack of passengers, the bus service on Reetha Sahib route operated from Haldwani was stopped. On Friday, two new buses were delivered from Dehradun to Haldwani. The timetable for operation of these buses has not been decided yet. For this, the depot officials have also corresponded with Doon headquarters. ARM said that by Saturday, the time will be fixed by uploading the information about the vehicles in the software. The buses will be flagged off on Sunday.
