Haridwar. In the Kanwar Mela, a Shiv devotee reached Haridwar to get the name of 251 martyrs tattooed on his body. Vijay Hindustani, a resident of Shamli in western Uttar Pradesh, was the center of attraction for all. Along with tattooing the names of 251 martyrs on his body, Vijay Hindustani has also pasted 51 tricolor flags on his body with pins. Vijay Hindustani has raised the kanwar not for any wish but in honor of the martyrs. Vijay told that he has reached Haridwar to collect Kavad, wishing for the safety of the brave soldiers who protect the country. After the Pulwama attack, he got the names of 251 brave soldiers of the country’s martyrs tattooed on his body and by hoisting 51 tricolor flags, he has come to take Kanwad. He has only one wish from Lord Shiva that no soldier of the country becomes a martyr and the country continues to progress
