Haridwar. The police has disclosed the missing person of Hemendra alias Saurabh. Actually Hemendra’s wife got him murdered along with her lover. The dead body was thrown into the canal in Saharanpur. After coming back she became unknown. The old father did not even get the dead body of his son. Police cremated Hemendra in Lavarish in Saharanpur.
On Tuesday, police disclosed the case and arrested the accused wife and her lover. On becoming an obstacle in love relations, the wife along with her lover killed Hemendra and threw the dead body in a canal in Badgaon area of Saharanpur district. While giving information to the journalists at the District Police Office located in Roshanabad, SSP Ajay Singh said that Moharpal son of deceased Hemendra alias Saurabh, son of Munsi Singh, resident of village Dhanaura, district Shahjahanpur U.P. Hall resident Brahmpuri Sidkul had lodged his missing complaint on March 22. After registering the missing, the investigation was handed over to SI Devendra Singh. When the police investigated the call details of Hemendra’s wife Rinki alias Kiran, the information about continuous talking on a mobile number came to the fore. When the police checked the ID of that number, that number was Mohammad Sharuf Ali S/o Momin, resident of Village Banera Special Police Station, Deoband, District Saharanpur, U.P. What turned out to be When the police interrogated Rinki alias Kiran after the last location of Mohammad Sharoof Ali and Hemendra was found in Bhagwan area, he refused to recognize and talk to Mohammad Sharoof. On strict questioning, she confessed to a love affair with Mohammad Sharoof. When Sharoof was interrogated in custody, he told that he and Rinke made a plan to get Hemendra out of the way after he became an obstacle in their love affair. As per the plan, Hemendra was called to Bhagwanpur on the pretext of a feast and after being strangled with a rope late at night after drinking liquor, the body was taken to Bargaon area and thrown into the canal. The SSP said that the Badgaon police station had recovered the dead body from a canal near village Simlana. But due to lack of identity, the last rites were performed in the unknown. Later, the relatives of the deceased identified the dead body from the clothes. The Sidkul police team seized the clothes, photos and other documents of the deceased from Badgaon police station and after recovering the rope, truck and mobile phone of the deceased used in the incident at the behest of the accused, converted the case of missing into murder of the deceased Hemendra. The wife was also arrested
