Uttarakhand State Public Service Commission Chairman Dr. Rakesh Kumar resigns

Dehradun. Uttarakhand State Public Service Commission Chairman Dr. Rakesh Kumar has resigned from the post. Chief Secretary Dr. SS Sandhu confirmed this. Dr. Rakesh Kumar left this post only after staying for only one and a half year in the tenure of six years.
Rakesh Kumar’s one-and-a-half-year tenure as Uttarakhand Public Service Commission chairman was in great discussion. Three examinations of the Commission had to be canceled and re-conducted due to paper leak, while the pre-announced program of more than half a dozen examinations had to be changed and conducted on new dates.
Two section officers of the commission were caught in the paper leak case and went to jail. A large network of paper leak related to the commission’s examination has been exposed. The special thing is that its operation remained in the hands of two section officers related to the examinations of the Commission. The involvement of some white-collar leaders also came to the fore in this matter
