Youth was suffering from depression, incident in Kamaluvaganja area
Haldwani. A 30-year-old man committed suicide by making a noose from his mother’s saree in Kamaluvaganja under Mukhani police station. The young man was suffering from depression. The police have taken the dead body into custody and got the post-mortem done and started the investigation.
According to the information received from the police, 30-year-old Kundan Singh Adhikari, son of Mohan Singh Adhikari, resident of Haldwani Kamaluvaganja Special Township, was busy in some work with his family members around 12 noon on Wednesday. But after that he went to the second floor of the house and committed suicide in the room. If he did not come for a long time, then the family members got tense.
In such a situation, when the relatives reached the room, they were shocked to see Kundan hanging from the noose of the saree. After this, the police was informed, then the police sent the dead body for postmortem, after which it was cremated on Thursday
