Angry people create ruckus, controversy over playing Holi song in Kashipur’s Kharakpur
Kashipur. A youth was killed in a dispute over a dj dancing during Holi in Khadakpur Devi Pura under ITI police station area. After this murder, people in Kharakpur Devi became angry demanding justice late in the evening. There was a lot of ruckus. The incident took place on Wednesday afternoon.
In Kharakpur Devipura under ITI police station of Kashipur, some youths were dancing on DJ on Holi festival when they got into a dispute over something. It is alleged that four to five youths from one side attacked the other side with sticks, in which one youth Naresh fell on the head while several other youths were injured. Naresh, who was seriously injured, was first taken to the government hospital Kashipur for immediate treatment, where his condition was serious and he was taken to Moradabad where he died during treatment.
Angered by the incident, angry people started creating ruckus on The Kharakpur Devipura main road and demanded justice. On receiving the information, CO Vandana Verma reached the spot with a large number of police force. For a long time, angry people kept creating ruckus. Due to which there was a situation of dispute between the police and the people many times. Co Vandana Verma said that police teams have been formed in this case while a youth has been taken into custody. The rest of the accused youth will also be arrested. On the other hand, in view of the anger of the people, police force has been deployed in Kharakpur Devipura.
