An accused vehicle mechanic caught, the mechanic took 2 others along in the theft to earn shortcut money
Rudpur. Police have arrested three accused along with 10 stolen bikes. Police has collected information about 5 stolen bikes, while the owners of the five bikes are being traced.
Talking to reporters, SP City Manoj Katyal said that SSP Manjunath TC had directed to disclose incidents of bike theft in the area. A police team was formed to investigate. The team busted the gang and arrested three accused. He told that village Thakurnagar, resident of Samlesh mandal and Devnagar, resident of Animesh Bala, had filed a case of theft of their respective bikes.
Under the leadership of Kotwali in-charge Bhupendra Brijwal, SSI Vinod Fatryal, the police interrogated three youths in custody from the bridge over the dry river on Saturday. So that the bike cannot be stolen by opening the handle lock. The SSP has announced a reward of Rs 2.5 thousand to the team.
