During fasting, there is a lack of sugar in the body. So avoid eating heavy food to break the fast. Also, do not eat too much at one go, this can also cause problems.
To break the fast, people make different types of dishes, which contain a lot of salt, chillies, spices and oil. Eating this type of food after fasting for the whole day makes it difficult for the stomach to digest it easily, which can cause stomach pain and gas problems.
Most of the people consume tea and coffee to break the fast. So this is also a bad option. Consuming caffeinated things after being hungry for a long time can cause gas and acidity problems.
It is okay to eat fruits to break the fast, but don’t eat sour fruits at all. This is because eating citrus fruits immediately after fasting can increase the problem of acidity
