Ayushman scheme became the support of patients, 6.67 lakh people got treatment

Nainital. Ayushman Yojana is giving life to patients in Uttarakhand. So far 6.67 lakh patients have availed free treatment facility under the scheme. The government has spent more than 1203 crores on this.

In the past, many people could not get the treatment of the disease due to financial constraints. He was forced to risk his life. Ever since the Ayushman Yojana started, economically weak people also got a big support. Dhanveer, a resident of Kichha, says that he supports his family by working as a labourer. He was injured in an accident at work. He got free treatment from Ayushman Yojana. He says that if there was no Ayushman scheme, it was certain that he would have remained disabled and it would have been difficult to run the family. That is, his financial condition was not such that he could get himself treated.
Beneficiaries of the scheme include Bhopal Singh, resident of Paplon, Lakshmi Devi of Chamoli, Gangaram, resident of Bamand village, Uttarkashi, Gunariram, resident of Bura village, Arun Kumar of Haridwar, a large number of beneficiaries, who faced helplessness and helplessness in the days of illness. These beneficiaries say that if there was no Ayushman Yojana, then the crisis of ill-health would have dominated the conditions of life. The scheme has given many people the gift of a healthy and happy life again, while for many patients this scheme has proved to be life-giving. The treated patients express their gratitude to the government.
In a span of just four years, more than 49.72 lakh Ayushman cards have been made in the state. Most of the people of the state are taking advantage of the free treatment facility. The total number of patients taking benefits has reached more than 6.67 lakh. The government has spent more than 1203 crores on the free treatment of the beneficiaries under the scheme.
