Complex fire in Secunderabad, 6 including 4 women killed

New Delhi. Six people, including four women, were killed in a fire that broke out in a multi-storey commercial building in Hyderabad’s Secunderabad.
According to media reports, the fire broke out at Swapnalok Complex at around 8 pm. 6 people died in the fire. The deceased have been identified as Shiva, Prashanth, Pramila, Shravani, Vennela and Triveni. The cause of death could be inhalation of fumes.
In the preliminary investigation, the cause of the fire is said to be short-circuit. Twelve people were admitted to different hospitals and six of them died during treatment in one of the hospitals, while the rest are still undergoing treatment.
