Corona mock drill will be held on April 10 and 11 to test the arrangements in hospitals
New Delhi. Corona has again started getting out of control in the country. According to the data of the Union Health Ministry, 6,155 new cases of Kovid-19 infection were found in India on Saturday, while the number of active cases has increased to 31,194.
According to the official data of the Ministry of Health, the total number of corona cases in the country has now reached 4.47 crore (4,47,51,259). At the same time, the death toll has increased to 5,30,954 with 11 deaths on the previous day. There has been a continuous increase in the active cases of Corona for the past several days. According to today’s latest figures, active cases have gone up to 31,194. Active cases comprise 0.07 per cent of the total infections. According to the website of the ministry, 220.66 crore doses of Kovid-19 vaccine have been given so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
Due to the increasing cases of Corona, the Modi government at the center is also in active mode. On the previous day, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya held a meeting with the health ministers of the states to take steps regarding the prevention of corona virus. The preparations regarding Corona were reviewed in the meeting and it was decided to conduct Corona mock drill in hospitals on 10 and 11 April
