Pahari dishes were served after welcoming the foreign guests who arrived at the G-20 conference in Kumaoni style.
Rudrapur. The foreign guests attending the G-20 conference were impressed by the culture and cuisine of Kumaon. The guests were welcomed in traditional Kumaoni style on Tuesday and served Kumaoni dishes for dinner. The guests became happy after eating Shikar-Bhaat Palak Kaapa, Bhatt Ki Chudkani and Bhang Ki Chutney.
After landing at Pant Nagar, the foreign guests were served food at a five-star hotel in Rudrapur. The hotel staff specially prepared several Kumaoni dishes to treat the guests. Various dishes were decorated on 12 tables. The foreign guests also took potato chunks and pahadi raita along with bhang chutney
