Foreign woman and Dehradun couple arrested for cocaine smuggling

Dehradun.
Rajpur police station has arrested three more members of the international Cobra gang, who were supplying cocaine to the so-called big events organized in the city and to the students studying in educational institutions. The members of this gang include a foreign woman, a former private school teacher and her husband.
Police have started searching for other members of the gang. 16.35 grams of cocaine was found from the arrested accused. Police are suspecting that their links may be spread across the country.
Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh said that on February 6, Rajpur Police arrested three members of Cobra Gang, Sarovar Kumar, Tanishq and Prince Raj with 3.30 grams of cocaine and 38.45 grams of smack. After this, the police were not only busy searching for other members of the gang, but were also searching for the people bringing cocaine and smack.
On Monday night, Rajpur police station incharge PD Bhatt had received information that some members of the Cobra gang were coming to Rajpur area to supply cocaine. On which the police arrested three accused from Pacific Hills Apartment near Mussoorie Road. 16.35 grams of cocaine and Rs 63,500 were recovered from them.
The arrested accused were identified as Sanyu Dianah resident of Uganda, current resident of Vikaspuri Delhi, Ritika Sahni and her husband Sarathi Sahni resident of Pritam Road Dalanwala. The accused Ritika Sahni was an English teacher in a private school in Doon. Who was recently expelled by the school management due to suspicious activities. During police interrogation, foreign woman Sanyu Dianah told that she is a citizen of Uganda and had come to India in January on a business visa.
Police claim that Dianah is an active member of the Cobra gang. As per the demand, she was taking cocaine from Delhi and supplying it to her agents in the states of the country. In Doon, Sarathi Sahni and his wife Ritika were working as agents for him.
