Heavy rains in five districts including Nainital and Dehradun

Haldwani. It is raining continuously in Uttarakhand. According to the Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at some places in Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Nainital and Bageshwar districts on Tuesday.
In these districts, there may be two to three rounds of lightning accompanied by thunder and intense to very intense rainfall. In view of this, orange alert has been issued in these five districts. Apart from this, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected at isolated places in Haridwar, Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Udham Singh Nagar and Pithoragarh districts. In view of which yellow alert has been issued in these five districts. After Monday afternoon, Dehradun and many surrounding areas received one to two rounds of heavy rain. Due to which roads and residential colonies were waterlogged.
Continuous torrential rains in the capital Dehradun once again exposed the drainage system. Apart from most of the main roads of the city, even the streets were flooded. Due to this, the passengers had to face a huge problem. Many vehicles were stopped midway between Saharanpur Chowk to Prince Chowk due to waterlogging. He was pushed to the side. Meanwhile, there was also a jam there. The same condition remained on the road coming from Kargi Chowk to Lalpul. Waterlogging in front of ISBT, Dharampur, Haridwar Road, Rispana Pul, Ghantaghar, St. Thomas College also created problems for the common people. On the other hand, the people living on the banks of the Rispana and Bindal rivers also faced a lot of trouble.
