He has demanded immediate compensation.
Director of the Meteorological Center Bikram Singh said that there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall at some places in the Kumaon division in the coming two days. A warning was issued for this. Orange alert has been issued in the entire Kumaon division for two days. There is a possibility of rain and lightning in Dehradun, Tehri and Pauri districts. In view of this, Yellow Alert has been issued. The period of heavy rains is likely to continue in the state till July 5
