Heera Singh alias Mohan Singh, a resident of Pithoragarh district, formed his seven teams to compete in the IPL against Lucknow and Punjab. The number one team formed by him not only secured the first rank by scoring 902 marks. Within a few hours, he has also received the message of becoming a millionaire.
