In Dehradun, the leopard that turned two children into a meal was imprisoned in a cage.

A four-year-old child was taken away from the courtyard of the house in Sigli village and a 9-year-old child was attacked and cut into pieces in Galjwadi.

. Guldar, synonymous with terror, has been caught by the forest department. After the arrest of Guldar, local residents and forest department officials heaved a sigh of relief.
It is noteworthy that about two months ago, Guldar had picked up a four-year-old child from the courtyard of the house in Sigli village and made him a morsel. Shortly after this, near Rispana river in Sondhowali area, Guldar attacked a child and seriously injured him.
Just a few days ago, in Galjwadi village too, Guldar had attacked a 9-year-old child and made him his prey. There was anger among the area residents regarding this. Continuous efforts were being made by the Forest Department to catch Guldar. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami had also instructed the Forest Department officials to catch Guldar as soon as possible in view of the increasing attacks by Guldar. Ranger Rakesh Negi in Mussoorie Forest Division said that Guldar has been imprisoned in a cage installed in Kimadi village. He told that this henchman was being searched for a long time.
