Prepare Prasad like this for Kanya Poojan Girls are worshiped in homes on Ashtami and Navami

Haldwani. On the eighth and ninth day of Navratri, girls are worshiped in many homes. You can make such prasad for Kanya Pujan.

semolina pudding
Semolina – 100 grams Ghee – ¼ cup Sugar – ½ cup Cardamom powder – ½ tsp Finely chopped cashews – 1 tbsp Almond flakes – 1 tbsp Raisins – 1 tbsp

  • Heat the pan, now add 3 to 4 tbsp ghee, wait till it melts.
    Now put semolina in it and fry it well.
    Roast cashew nuts and almonds with semolina, now add water to it.
    Add ½ cup sugar and cook on low heat till semolina puffs up.
    Cook it till it becomes thick.
  1. Black gram
    Chickpeas – 1 cup, Green coriander – 1 to 2 tbsp, Oil – 1 to 2 tbsp, Green chili – 2 to 3, Ginger – 1 inch, Cumin – ½ tsp, Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp, Coriander powder – 1 tsp, , Red chili powder – ¼ tsp, Garam masala – ¼ tsp, Salt – 1 tsp
    how to make
    Soak one cup of soaked black gram for 7 to 8 hours. After soaking, boil it in a cooker with one teaspoon of salt and one cup of water.
    Now heat the pan, add 1 to 2 tbsp oil in it, now add ½ tsp cumin seeds.
    Fry 4 finely chopped green chillies and spices in it.
    Then mix cooked gram in it and fry for some time.
    If you want, you can also add water to it for gravy.
  2. Rice pudding
    Basmati rice 1/2 cup, Almonds 6-8, Pistachios 6-8, Raisins 8-10, Milk 1 liter, Sugar 3/4 cup, Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
    how to make
    Wash the rice and soak it in a cup of water for some time.
    Now pat it dry with a muslin cloth, then grind it coarsely.

Blanch almonds and pistachios in a cup of hot water for five minutes. Drain, peel and cut them into slices.
Then boil milk in a pan.
Now add rice powder and sugar to it and cook on low heat till the rice is reduced to half.
Add green cardamom powder, saffron, nuts and let it cook on low heat till the rice is cooked and the mixture becomes thick, take it off the heat.

  1. Puri
    Wheat flour – 2 cups, Salt – ½ tsp
    recipe
    Take 2 cups of wheat flour in a vessel, add ½ tsp salt to it. Add a teaspoon of oil to it and knead into a stiff dough with the help of water in between.
    After kneading the dough, cover it and keep it for 20 minutes to set.
    Now prepare poori from small balls of flour
