Dehradun. President Draupadi Murmu will reach Uttarakhand on Tuesday on a three-day visit. Along with visiting Badrinath Dham, she will also attend the State Foundation Day program on November 9 as the chief guest. In view of the President’s visit, the government and administration have finalized the preparations. All security agencies have been alerted.
The program of President Draupadi Murmu’s visit to Uttarakhand has been released. According to this program, the President will reach Pantnagar on Tuesday and participate in the convocation ceremony of Pantnagar University. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami will also be present in this program. In the evening she will reach Raj Bhavan Dehradun and meet various tribal groups of the state. She will rest for the night in Raj Bhavan itself.
On the morning of November 8, the President will visit Badrinath Dham. She will reach back to Dehradun in the evening and meet dignitaries at Raj Bhavan. Although, there is talk of his attending the convocation ceremony of Central University, Srinagar Garhwal on November 8, but it is not included in his official programme. On November 9, the President will attend the State Foundation Day program to be organized at Police Lines in the capital Dehradun as the chief guest. From here she will go to Jolly Grant Airport and then leave for Delhi from there.
