Kinnaur. Three workers have died after being hit by the snow storm in Bhavavali of Kinnaur district of Himachal. Two workers were injured in this accident.
The workers who were hit by the storm walked a long distance after getting hit by the snow.
After receiving information about the accident, the private company officials working here and the police team reached the spot and seized the dead bodies. Two bodies were taken out from the spot while three were taken to Katgaon First Health Center in critical condition. Where another worker died. Bhavanagar police station in-charge Jagdish Thakur and Tehsildar also reached the spot and launched a campaign to take the injured to the hospital.
According to the police, the incident occurred at 1 o’clock on Monday afternoon. At this time, employees and workers of the private company under construction were having lunch. Suddenly there was a snow storm before the avalanche and the workers got caught in it. All the workers who were victims of the accident are residents of Jharkhand. Seeman Kindo, a resident of Urmi village in Jharkhand, and Viryan Urao, a resident of Kucha Tola, died on the spot.
While Ratan Lal, resident of Kucha Tola, breathed his last at Katgaon PHC. Injured laborer Krishna has been referred to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Khaneri Rampur. Along with him, Chandra Nath Jharkhand who was injured is undergoing treatment at PHC Katgaon. The police is investigating the matter
