Dehradun. STF will appeal in the High Court for cancellation of the bail of the accused in the case related to the UKSSC examination scam in accordance with the instructions given by the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
It is to be known that in connection with the rigging in Gram Panchayat Development Officer Recruitment Examination in the year 2016, Vigilance Establishment Sector Dehradun registered M.O.No.-1/2020 Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 409, 201, 120B, I.D.V. and Section. Section 13(1)d read with Section 13(2) IPC which is currently being investigated by STF Uttarakhand on the orders of Uttarakhand Government. Despite the effective lobbying of the prosecution side in the said case, the bail of accused Hakam Singh and Sanjeev Chauhan has been approved by the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dehradun on 30th January. Due to cancellation of bail in other registered charges, the accused will remain in jail.
