Hurt by returning without wedding procession, the groom committed suicide. The groom did not take the jewelery for the bride in the marriage. The bride returned to the bridegroom’s procession and took rounds with someone else. The dead body of the groom was found hanging from a noose on the tree. The case pertains to Barodadang Hall village of Pali, Lalitpur tehsil Talbehat.

The body of Baijnath’s son Deepak Sahariya (21) was found hanging from a tree in a field 500 meters away from the house on Tuesday afternoon. Police reached the spot after getting information about the incident. The body was taken down and sent for postmortem. Mahesh, the elder brother of the deceased said, Deepak was the youngest of three sisters and two brothers. His procession had returned 3 days ago without marriage. On Tuesday, Deepak had left saying that he was going to the shop. After this, the villagers informed about getting his dead body.
