Four and a quarter year old innocent was raped, also imposed a fine of 80 thousand
The life of the young man accused of raping a four and a half year old innocent will now be spent in jail. The court sentenced the accused to life imprisonment within 53 days. A fine of Rs 80,000 has also been imposed. The matter is of Amroha in UP.
On March 11, 2023, a farmer from a village in Mandi Dhanaura police station area went to the farm. He had a four and a quarter year old daughter at home. Mother went to the neighborhood for some work. That’s why Sushil, a youth living in the village, entered the house and raped the innocent. Hearing the cry of the innocent, his grandmother and other people had also come. Sushil had fled from the spot. The ill-fated innocent was admitted to a private hospital. The farmer’s wife filed a case against Sushil on 13 March.
Within six days of the registration of the FIR, on March 18, the charge sheet was filed in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Special (Poxo Act I) Dr. Kapila Raghav. The court had taken the case on trial after conducting the first hearing on March 29. Special Public Prosecutor POCSO Act Basant Singh Saini was appearing on behalf of the prosecution. Within 53 days of the filing of the charge sheet on Saturday, the court convicted Sushil Kumar while hearing the case. He has been sentenced to life imprisonment
