Rat found dead in transit camp sent for postmortem
Rudrapur. A rat in Uttarakhand is in discussions these days. The reason is the post mortem of the rat. Actually the rat had died a few months ago due to a gas leak in the transit camp. It was suspected that the gas leaked was chlorine.
However, it has not been confirmed till date. A dead rat was found after the gas leak, which has now been sent to Bareilly IVRI for postmortem.
On 30 August 2022, a fire broke out from the scrap warehouse in the transit camp. The cause of the fire was said to be a gas leak. The condition of three dozen people, including scrap, had also worsened due to the gas.
