Kotwal Sanjay Kumar filed a case under the sections of kidnapping and handed over the investigation post to Vivek Bhandari. On August 6, while going to school, he made her sit in his car and made her drink some intoxicating drink, due to which she fainted. When she regained consciousness, she was in Haridwar. The accused misbehaved with her at different places. After this he was coming to leave her. During this the police caught him.
