Police will look at the crowd control arrangements before giving permission for fairs and other events
Dehradun. After the stampede during the satsang in Hathras, UP, Uttarakhand Police Headquarters has also given instructions to take extra security measures. ADG Law and Order AP Anshuman has told all the district in-charges that crowd control arrangements should be seen before giving permission for fairs and other events.

- Various fairs, religious events and other programs will be organized only after permission.
- Prepare SOPs for small and big events and make them available to the police headquarters as soon as possible.
- Prepare an annual calendar of events to be held in the districts on fairs, festivals and other occasions during the year and arrange for the necessary police force accordingly.
