Haldwani. Uttarayani Mela procession will be taken out in the city on Sunday. A large number of people will participate in it. In such a situation, to save the city roads from jam, the traffic police has done route diversion in the city. This route plan will continue from 9 am on Sunday morning till the end of the procession.
During this period, big vehicles coming from Rampur Road and roadways, KEMU and private buses will be sent to Kathgodam via Gaula Bypass from Tinpani Tiraha via Panchayat Ghar, Sheetal Hotel, TP Nagar Tiraha. Big vehicles and buses coming from Bareilly Road will also go towards Kathgodam via Gaula Bypass. Big vehicles and buses coming from Kaladhungi will go towards Nainital and Haldwani via Laldant Tiraha via Water Mill and Coltax Tiraha.
Big vehicles going from Bhimtal-Nainital towards Kaladhungi Road will go through Hydil Tiraha via Panchakki intersection. Big vehicles on Bareilly Road and Rampur Road will go through Nariman Tiraha via Gaula Bypass. Buses going towards Bareilly and Rampur Road will be sent via Gaula Bypass via Taj Square. Roadways buses going to Kaladhungi Road and hilly areas will be sent via Tikonia from Hydel Tiraha and Coltax.
This will be the arrangement for small vehicles
● Small vehicles going to hilly areas from Bareilly Road will be diverted from Tinpani Tiraha and sent towards Kathgodam via Gaula Bypass.
● Small vehicles going to hilly areas from Rampur Road will go from ITI Tiraha towards Nainital and Bhimtal via Hydel, Caltax.
● Small vehicles on Kaladhungi Road will be sent from Nawabi Road intersection via Kulyalpura intersection via Calltax.
● Small vehicles going towards Bareilly Road will be sent from Nariman Tiraha via Gaula Bypass.
● Vehicles going to Rampur and Kaladhungi Road will be diverted from Coltax intersection towards Mukhani intersection, Laldot intersection.
