Women’s Holi will start with procession and farce on 27th February Nainital Fagotsav begins

Nainital. The organizer of the Fagotsav 2023 program to be held grandly in Nainital, Uttarakhand, Ram Sevak Sabha has released the calendar. Announcing the programme, the Secretary of the Sabha said that this year women and children are being given a big stage to showcase their talent.
Ram Sevak Sabha, which organizes many religious programs like Ramlila and Nanda Devi Festival in Nainital, today put its calendar of Kumaoni Holi program in front of the public through Maxim. General Secretary Jagdish Bawdi announced the date of the program during the press conference held at Ram Sevak Auditorium. According to this, on coming February 27, the women’s Holi procession and farce will reach Ramlila Maidan via Tallital Dharamshala, with which the Holi festival will begin. Women’s Holi parties will participate on 28th. On March 1, the traditional meeting of Maholas will be Mahila Holi. There will be a program of cheer bandhan and color wearing for two. On the third day, Amla Ekadashi program will start from 11 am while the presentation of school children will start from 2 pm. There will be solo Holi singing on four.
Presentation of child artists of Ram Sevak Sabha and Kavi Sammelan will be held on 5th. Children’s farce and Holi procession on six and men’s meeting in the evening will add Holi color. There will be no program on February 7 due to Khalad while
Chhaldi will be celebrated on the 8th. Told that the main attraction would be the Holi singing troupes of women in which there would be ten people in each troupe. Traditional costumes of Holi will be mandatory. 13 to 17 minutes time will be given for each presentation. Entry fee will be refundable ₹ 1000 / =. Participating teams will be required to take part in the Mo Holi procession. Farce will also be mandatory in the procession. A total of 15 teams including Betalghat, Mehrgaon, Bhumiyadhar, Haldwani, Bhawali, Gethia, Almora, Julikot, Pashan Devi, Krishnapur have received entries for the women’s procession
